Brief Introduction
SD series net belt quick freezer has the simplest structure. According to different conveyor belt, it can be divided into mesh belt and plate belt. It uses a stainless steel net belt as conveyor, prepared foods put in containers or put on the stainless steel net belt directly and frozen by cooling air from bottom to top. To make sure that food can be frozen quickly and homogeneously.

It is more suitable for quick freezing prepared foods such as wheaten food, meat various fruit and vegetable, ice-cream, fish and seafood.etc
Features
1. Convenient operation:
This type of quick freezer inlet and outlet of the net set are wide for operating.
2. High quality mesh belt :
It made of SUS304 stainless steel net belt with long range elasticity,
the surface is flat and strong bearing. The net speed can be adjusted
by converter.
3. Reasonable air distribution system:
Because of the special air flow distribution that cooling air current flow from bottom to top, the product
can be frozen quickly and evenly.
4. Multi-function electric control cabinet
There are various safeguard functions in electric control panel to assure the running smoothly.
5. Cabinet construction:
Foamed PU sandwich panels coated by SUS304 stainless steel both sides. The maintenance door equips
with low voltage heating device to prevent the door from being frozen.
6. Professional technology:
The frame structures are all made of 304 stainless steel, and the components between mesh belt and
guiding rail are made of PE. It designed and manufactured according to the standard of HACCP.
7. Efficient evaporator:
Both the fins and tubes are made of aluminum alloy and different fin pitches.
